With calories at an all time low Phil and Niall going for a run today probably wasn't the best idea, although one of us mostly walked coughNiallcough.
Also apparently celery was abundant during the famine, but Irish people preferred to die or immigrate instead of eat it...may be one of the reasons I'm moving to Australia after this God forsaken week is done.
